Cancellation Policy

• No refund in case of cancellation done before 24 hours of accommodation availability/booking date.
• 25 % of the fare will be deducted in case of cancellation done between 24 hours and 48 hours.
• 10 % of the fare deducted in case cancellation done before 48 hours of accommodation availability/booking date.
• The Refund will be credited back within 7days from the date of cancellation.

In respect of services cancelled by the Tourist, Papikonda EcoTourism Center will refund the amount applicable to the concerned Credit card / Debit Card/Internet banking account by Papikonda CBET.

In respect of refunds due to ticket not booked but amount debited to Tourist's account, Tourist is required to send an e-mail to papikondacbet@gmail.com mentioning USERID/Booking ID, Reference no. of the transaction, Booking date, Room name. Officials of Papikonda CBET will verify the details and refund the amount to the concerned Credit card / Debit Card/Internet banking account.
